Community call: Backpack integration; site responsiveness #53

Today I presented our work to date on the Open Badges community call and got some great feedback and questions. Please take a look when you have a minute under line 145: http://etherpad.badgealliance.org/CCAug6 (I listed August 22 as the soft launch date so that we can do a show and tell / teaser announcement on the August 21 Grow Call.)

Two main questions were about timing for Backpack integration and site responsiveness / mobile usage. We can review briefly on Friday after updates too. Per today's conversation, mobile issuing is out of scope but @christensenep is looking into Backpack display integration / making that process evident for earners on site. Thanks!
