• We should make it clear who "you" is in each question.
• We should ask about each respondent's perspective or role.
• We should ask each participant to let us know if they approached the survey from a technical or non-technical project or standpoint.
• We should tell a story that demonstrates the need for and use of the assessment in its introduction.
• We should offer insights or next steps about open leadership development at the end.
