I fixed typos, rewrote some sentences for clarity or readability and fixed a lot of punctuality. I added a missing link and did some other minor editing.

p.s. I made a mistake adding "onwer" somewhere while looking for "owner." I removed that in a later commit.

What are maintainers' (@chadsansing?) thoughts on this request? Does anyone have plans to merge or otherwise address it? I would like to contribute my own editorial fixes and suggestions to the document, but some are already addressed in the work here.
