Some Android applications open Chrome instead of the user's default browser #26

I've had this issue recently with the following apps:

Lunar, when using MitID authentication (it even opens the browser instead of staying in-app)
Steam, when going to a game's website

Note: this is not a duplicate of #8, which focuses on built-in Android feature and has the vendor:google label. I've opened this issue to track third-party applications favoring Chrome over the user's choices.

This problem also occurs on Twitter (X) on my device. If I enable the in-app browser on Twitter with Chrome or another Chromium-based browser (such as Kiwi Browser) installed, Chrome may run even if Firefox is the default browser. However, this does not always occur and the reason is unknown, as Firefox may be selected without any problem even if Chrome is enabled.
