This PR adds following two possibilities to the documentation:
One can also leverage the API of the Mozilla Add-on Server to retrieve the extension ID. I heavily prefer this method because no extension needs to be installed.
The extension ID can also be used for the AMO URL in install_path, which is especially helpful when using tools for automatically generating the policy.json.
