Description

This PR updates the mdbook to enhance the clarity of the metrics information.

Changes:

Updated the metrics information to reflect the latest details.
Simplified instructions for using the cli to gather and understand metrics.

Motivation and Context

The current metrics documentation was unclear and difficult to follow. These updates make it easier for users to understand and use the cli for metrics, improving overall user experience.
