worker setup: add missing bits #186

The current production image was created by hand. The image created by the automated build process is missing things.

DONE:

configure worker's /etc/environment
install nvidia drivers (exact same as in current image, 460.32.03)
install CUDA
install git
unrelated: removes nfs-common (not needed in the worker now that we're using bind mounts)

Testing done:

login shells have the proxy variables set
images built locally have the same nvidia and cuda packages installed compared to our last working image
git is present
/usr/local/cuda-11 is present
nvidia-smi is present
