[Environment]: All platforms- all browsers

[STR]: 1.Open https://support.allizom.org/en-US/kb/exp/insecure-password-warning-firefox 2.Go to "Was this article helpful?" section and click thumb down button 3.Click Submit button

[Expected results]: The text box should be limited to 500 characters

[Actual results]: Submit button can be clicked without selecting one of the radio buttons and without adding something in the text box There is no characters limit for the text box After submission is sent, "Thank you.." message is displayed for ~1 second then the page is automatically refreshed ( this is not happening for "thumb up" submission)

Please note that the user is able to send thumb down feedback after a thumb up feedback is sent in the same session( without refreshing the page)

Retested the issue, here are the results: -Submit button is still clickable before selecting a radio button or adding text, the difference is that now the feedback is not sent - I expect to be greyed out until a radio button is selected, also I think it shouldn't be mandatory to add text in order to submit a feedback - @akatsoulas or @madasan, thoughts?

-The text box is now limited to 500 characters but there is no info displayed to inform the user about it
