iOS: The page content is displayed under the opened menu while scrolling #43

[Environment]: iOS- Firefox, Safari, Chrome

[Steps to reproduce]: 1.Open https://support.allizom.org/en-US/kb/exp/insecure-password-warning-firefox 2.Tap on one of the nav menu option (e.g. Cookies and cache) 3.Scroll the page down

[Actual result]: The page content is seen under the opened menu while scrolling

[Note]: On Adroid - Firefox: The page is scrolled down

Chrome - the page is not scrolled down at all after the menu options are opened

Current behaviour on Safari is not matching the one on Firefox: Safari Firefox

@madasan can you please confirm the desired behaviour?

Also, when a specific menu option is opened( e.g. Cookies and cache), the other menu options( Protect your privacy) should be overlapped(like on windows/mac), not only be greyed out
