404 when trying to leave a comment or mark an answer as the solution to a spam marked question #2009

Describe the bug Sign in with a moderator account.

Steps to reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to any AAQ posted question.
  2. Click on the "Mark as spam" option from the "Question Tools" section.
  3. Submit a comment to the question.
  4. Navigate back to the spam marked question and click on the "Solves the problem" for a question reply.

Expected behavior Step 3: The comment is successfully submitted or the comment field is deactivated since the question is marked as spam. Step 4: The question answer is successfully marked as the solution or the "Solves the problem button is deactivated/hidden since the question is marked as spam.

Actual behavior 404 is returned.
