A resolution was made for csswg-drafts/#10978.

[css-view-transitions-2] How are auto-generated `view-transition-name`s exposed in JS APIs

RESOLVED: We will use match-element in the Animations API when element identity is used

To file a bug automatically for these resolutions, add the bug label to the issue.

If no bug is needed, the issue can be closed.
