[question] Roadmap #4

Closed fjaguero closed 9 years ago

fjaguero commented 10 years ago

We should have a features roadmap in order to start with the wireframes and the frontend work.

The main levels are the epics, it will be good to check all the features that are candidates for a first 1.0 public version:

willyaranda commented 10 years ago

I would P1:

P2: Lists, activity,

P3: discover, saved searches, change profile, text size, third party read it later

P4: multiple accounts

fjaguero commented 10 years ago

Great. It would be good to use milestones. I will be creating the stories with the prototypes attached and then you can add them to the milestones.

I'm reopening this so we can discuss which big issues should be created to allow more people to get involved. I've talking with MH contributors and they want to start helping with the project

@willyaranda can you share your vision of what big components or improvements can be done by others?

willyaranda commented 9 years ago

I think there are a lot of things to improve in this project.

fjaguero commented 9 years ago

Ok, we can start opening issues to encourage collaboration within the community.

What do you mean with sharing activities?

willyaranda commented 9 years ago

Allowing the app to be invoked as a "share" activity.

I am on the gallery app and I want to share the image: twitta should act as a mozactivity receiver, open itself, create a new twit with the image embedded and allow the user to send it :)

But also be able to "share" a tweet, to send it to the email app, for example

@fjaguero please, feel free to open issues, I will comment on those that need more info.

fjaguero commented 9 years ago

Ok, yep, I did some example with MozActivity.

I will try to push this forward as much as I can, at least in terms of dev. engagment.

fjaguero commented 9 years ago

I close this to start creating the issues described by @willyaranda and some of the P1.
