As the American Cancer Society noted, “the past 5 years of data indicate that rates are declining or plateauing among those younger than 50. For example, from 2008 to 2012, incidence rates declined by about 3% per year in both men and women ages 20-29. In contrast, among adults 50 and older, the incidence rate has increased by 2.6% per year since 1996.” http://seer.cancer.gov/http://www.cancer.org/acs/groups/content/@research/documents/document/acspc-047079.pdf
