Move some CloudFront Dists to lower Price Class #1326

Eval whether we could move some CloudFront Distributions (e.g. Snippets) to lower Price Class to cost optimize

Switched Snippets (prod + stage) to the lowest price class "Europe, US, Canada".

This is not expected to affect Snippets at all, since the delivery of the bundles happens in the background and being a bit slower in some regions is not a problem. It is expected to reduce the CDN costs.

We changed Snippets to a lower price class which is responsible for most CF traffic atm.
