update a11y dependency to latest version #4

@mpezzi Would you consider adding a collaborator to help with maintaining this repo? I've been using this package successfully, but it would be nice if things could stay up-to-date :)

I've updated to a11y 0.4.1 and fixed some of the unit tests. Thanks!
