Refactoring + Bug fixes + Features

This PR does the following:

• Refactor the codebase to be split between more files, to ease maintainability
• Restructure the plugin to be more React-oriented (not done)
• Implement fuzzy search to allow better searching of settings
• Fix a bug with auto focus not allowing you to use textboxes and other controls
• Add a separate, optional Plugins category (closes #1)
• Possibly fixes issues with settings (unsure, I haven't tested this extensively yet)
