@BertaOrtiz, there are some considerations regarding this:
Previously, in the creation of a ClimMob project there was a map where the user placed a point where he/she was going to develop it, however, it was removed because it seemed tedious and also the users put points wherever and it was not very real.
With the current projects we only have the country. The GPS point can be calculated based on the data collected, as long as geographic information is collected.
It is part of the experience so far.
Have you thought about how we can develop it?

If this feature is internal for the creator of the project and collaborators then we don/t need to anonymize the data because the user will own the data.
If the data of a project become public then we can go for @jacobvanetten options or aggregate them at an administrative level 2.
it would be very useful, when a user has several project, to have a map with the geographical location of the different projects
