XySubFilter "Auto-reload subtitles after modification" non-functional, CPU loop after subtitle modification #164

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Playback video with external .ass subtitle
2. Edit Subtitle during playback
3. CPU Loop
4. Displayed subtitles do not reflect edits to the file

"Auto-reload subtitle" option is not functioning as expected. 

CPU loop always seems to occur on subtitle modification, no matter what options 
are set.

Issue only seems to occur in XySubFilter Beta.
xy-VSFilter 3.0.0.211 does not have this issue.
