Added mobile template for script_launcher module. #334

Please review to be included. Adds a mobile view for the Script Launcher module. I did my best to follow the same patterns as the other modules. Please let me know if there is anything I need to change.

As requested by @mvanderberg in the original pull request for the Script Launcher(https://github.com/mrkipling/maraschino/pull/190#issuecomment-28168252)
