HOLY CRAP circadian is great--thanks for building this!

I made a couple of updates to the README:

the debian link was out of date. Perhaps just sending them to the releases page is enough?
I saw someone had recently added Arch-specific instructions. I added the relevant Debian/Ubuntu apt-get instructions.
