Account Feature Roll Over and Month End

Currently the Account feature only runs a tally for the month, the idea of the feature is that we have a roll over capability that keeps the repeat costs and enables us to focus on the depletion of the remaining disposible income.

Remaining value feature implemented. This would be a perfect feature to embelish wiith a radiator that shows relative to the total and the amount depleted how the month is going.

Possibly divide the number of letters in remaining into the total funds allocated and show the label in green. As the funds depelete turn the letters red.
