Enable chapters on bluray track #10

The plugin already works really well with seamless branching discs so i was 
thinking about some enhancements to make it even greater.

When playing a movie with the internal player, you can simply use the skipsteps 
to skip forward/backwards through the movie.
When playing a music Blu-ray i actually prefer an external player because of 
the menu options and song selection (which is based on chapters) so i was 
thinking of an option (maybe user selectable popup box or something) to import 
the chapters from the BD disc and override the skipsteps in MePo. That way it's 
very easy to jump to a next song on a BD Disc.

Curious what you think of it and if it would be possible to implement.
