CUDA not active when DB-handler is enabled. #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install SAF 4.0 + CoreAVC 2.0 with CUDA (see below for more info)
2. enable/disable bd-handler
2. start blu-ray m2ts movie
3. check if CUDA is active (CUDA symbol turns from blue to green)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Watching m2ts movie without BD-handler: CUDA is active but I can't get
subtitles working. Default language (English) is active.
When BD-handler is installed and enabled: I see subtitles, but CUDA is not
active. Default language is not active.
When BD-handler is installed and disabled: no subtitles, but CUDA is active.
Default language (English) is active.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WIN7 NL 64 bit (nvidia 9400 IGP), MP 1.1.0 RC6, SAF 4.0, StreamedMP 1.2.0,
Moving Pictures 1.0.6, CoreAVC 2.0, BD-handler 0.9.3

Please provide any additional information below.

The default language problem will be solved with issue #9, so please track that
one instead. The CUDA problem is most likely a codec issue which i
unfortunately can't help you with. I advise you to try newer versions of these
codecs and report back when the problem is resolved.
