HotKey: Is forgotten between sessions #5

The MBS Plugin remembers the context menu between FileMaker sessions (it is reinstated when you close and reopen FileMaker).

But the HotKeys are forgotten and not reinstated.

Releasee v0.21 closes this issue by offering an optional setting to remember HotKeys between sessions.
