fmSetupAssistant: Restart Required functionality

Some settings first show a changed value after a restart. Some settings require a restart before a change is activated.

Two fields already exist to log this.

We need 3 session fields to log that we need to restart:

• [x] A field to say FileMaker needs to be restarted
• [x] A field to list the properties that will be activated
• [x] A list of the properties that will be refreshed.

and

• [x] a button to click, when a restart is necessary.

How can we get a file to restart - in the same FM?

Info fields and restart button have been implemented.

The restart button currently only quits the app.

A procedure to restart the file is not possible at all, since HOW the file is to be started is not known.

I think this can thus be closed.
