fmSetupAssistant: Dynamic Values

Two new fields are required,

• a field to contain the dynamic calculation, plus
• a Boolean (Truelean) field to turn dynamic calculations on and off.

Like this

• Dynamic calculations and literal values never are going to get mixed up, plus
• when you switch between the two, your old values are remembered.

The dynamic warning field has been reused for this.

The choice of dynamic or static value may be different in different configurations, so these values must be stored in the configuration settings.
