Deep learning models availability #5

Hi, thanks for creating this software. We are interested in using it in our lab.

We note that your paper mentions a deep learning-pipeline for automatic atlas slice location. But these models are (as far as I can tell) not contained in this repository, and I haven't found any links to them.

Could you provide access to these trained models, such that we can use the full functionality of the application?

Dear Nicklas, thank you for your interest in AMBIA. And your contributions. I have been busy with the publication and thesis writing, so haven't had much time recently to spend on AMBIA. But I have more time now an am working on the code to make it work as seemless as possible and I think it will be updated soon by mid September with also the deep learning functionalities.

Best regards, Maryam
