Clinical breakpoints for *Burkholderia mallei* and *Burkholderia pseudomallei* for all antibiotic might be wrong #105

Burkholderia pseudomallei now leads to PK/PD, and Burkholderia mallei uses the Burkholderia pseudomallei breakpoints.

This has to be checked, where can this bug be found?

The first should be B. pseudomallei, so this affects the breakpoints.
