Check groups for antibiotics: aminoglycosides all right? #149

Noticed that ampho B high has Aminoglycosides as the group, which is of course wrong. Might have gone automatically in the assigning process because of alphabetical order, so check this for all antibiotics.

Was the only error, probably because "Aminoglycosides" was put on all 'high' agents.
