Is bolt+routing supported? #19

From looking at the code base, I assume that the routing extension of the bolt protocol is currently not supported/implemented. Is my assumption correct? If so, is it planned? Is there an idea of how hard it would be to be added? Thanks!

Oh, wait. I guess this would be something that would be implemented in bolt_sips, rather than in boltex, right?
