Migrating to Docusaurus from Docsify - part 2 #55

Part 1: #51

Since most users have already updated the app, which now references the new /redirect-web/new documentation powered by Docusaurus, I will duplicate it for /redirect-web/, allowing me to remove Docsify.

The existing privacy policy and terms files are also located in the docs folder in Docusaurus. The only difference is their file extensions (.md → .mdx), and Git recognizes them as moved files, which is great for transparency.
