WHY

we wanted to add the Fabrikam Drone Delivery submodule as well as vanilla bicep templates to deploy a Container Apps instance.

WHAT Changed?

add submodule to Fabrikam Drone Delivery
add vanilla bicep template for Container Apps
add instructions: README.md

HOW to test?

follow the README.md and as result a container app instance is deployed
