feat (ingestion): add to CA

WHY

as an ops team member in the Fabrikam Drone Delivery team, I want to deploy the Ingestion service to a Container App instance as a way to experience how it could reduce the complexity compared to AKS by using the following "managed-features":

• HTTPS ingress, this allow us to make some selected services internet-facing
• Securely mange secrets, connection strings and others are not using CA secrets
• Run containers from any registry, the Fabrikam Drone Delivery uses ACR to publish its Docker images
• Use ARM templates to deploy my application, there is no need for another layer of indirection like Helm charts
• Logs, see my container logs directly in LA without configuring any provider from code or Azure service.

Follow the README instructions and you are able to deploy Ingestion into Container Apps.
