Missing Level Files #108

@DivFord I'm currently trying to figure out how the new World.cpp code works. There seems to be some reference to level files that currently aren't in the repo. Would you be able to add them in?

Oops, forgot about that. I have pushed them now. All of them can be opened and edited with the level editor, but be warned that it doesn't handle enemies properly (I mistakenly set the lizard code to "El", but that's actually a flamethrower pickup. I think there is one in one of the levels).
