Recent patients #2582

When going through the patients details in OMS the team suggested that there should be a Patient 'Last View' tab so that the user can easily go back to the previous patients viewed in OMS.

Clemens: Probably best done in the patient list view, maybe a "recent" filter in the patient list view? Implementation wise this could be handled on the frontend?

What's the current order of patients in patient list view? If it's not alphabetical, I'd imagine the most recent viewed should be at the top by default.
