requisitions having more order details in item window #4372

Would be useful to see what has already been supplied in a partially supplied requisition, and what is remaining to be supplied otherwise may be confusing thinking you still need to supply the full quantity.

suggestion: that orange bar show "issued" in a different colour (100), and "remaining quantity to supply" (900). they can already see total requested quantity below "Order" at the top of the window already where it says "Requested quantity". however, after this part, could add in "issued : 100", "quantity remaining to supply: 900", "quantity to supply: xxx (user enters amount)".

would be useful to have a log of partially filled orders in this window too that shows history of which outbound shipment order it had been partially filled in with the details.

Triage, sound like good to have, maybe for the two week improvement sprint, we thought it's ok to follow screenshot instructions and then run past designer
