Pleas add tbf to tc #1009

I would like to limit traffic speed (shaping) on one of the interfaces. 
However, tbf (Token Bucket Filter) is not available:

/opt/home/admin # tc qdisc add tbf help
Unknown qdisc "tbf", hence option "help" is unparsable

Could you please add it the build?

tbf disabled by default on linux kernel config and iproute2/tc. You can enable 
this manually.

I would assume i need to build the firmware myself?

Maybe there are some other ways to limit traffic speed? I just want to limit 
the speed on Guest AP.
