Deprecate low-level API #88

From https://zalando.github.io/nakadi/manual.html#using_consuming-events-lola:

The Low-level API is deprecated, and will be removed from a future version of Nakadi. Please consider using the High-level API instead.

Therefore, the low-level API in nakadi-client should be deprecated.
