Provide option to make original amount more prominent #1448

While the equivalent amount is visible on the Grand total account, the original amount is only shown in the details dialogue. Users report that they would like to have the original amount visible:

  1. on the main screen
  2. in the transaction list shown from the Distribution and History screens
  3. on the PDF print out

The option can be configured in Settings -> User interface -> Transaction list -> Original amount (It is only available if Style : Compact is activated)
