That file requires cygwin to be installed on the machine or it will pop-up an error "...can't start because cygcrypto-0.9.8.dll is missing...".

on it, I'll try to find a ssh.exe that doesn't require cygwin

I wasn't able to find an alternative command line SSG client based on OpenSSL but Ives move it into a Cygwin_required directory
