`stix2arango_note` CLI option not implemented #6

I think incorrectly we had a arango_cti_processor_note option in CLI. This should be removed from the code -- the script automatically assigns _arango_cti_processor_note property

We should however allow user to enter stix2arango_note via the CLI, which is used with the stix2arango when arango_cti_processor objects are generated
