This PR does two things:
reverts OSCObjectSpace to using text archives
binary archives are only supported as legacy, and thus aren't good for longevity, and
were unstable in testing on linux
adapts avoidTheWorst from the old Public class into a validation method (on by default) to help compensate for the increased security risk
rejects File, Pipe, unixCmd, systemCmd
