I have converted the index.html code to Tailwind css instead of normal css and also made the code cleaner image

Please merge this request under hactoberfest-accepted anad gssoc-extd level 2 or 3

Hi @swamimalode07 . I appreciate the time you're putting into this. I noticed there are 6 files changed. Could you please clone the repository again and apply the necessary changes? It would be a big help. And you can make a separate PR for this. Also, If you're using any kind of code formatter then please avoid formatting the entire files.
