Java not found #95

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Check the attached .bat-file
2. I have done the appropriate java-line
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When running the .bat, system tell me that "Der Befehl java" (Java is not found)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win7, Notes 8.5

Please provide any additional information below.
I have checked the system PATH > Java available. But it seems that the 
"Java"-sequence is not understood by system. I have tried a lot of things, with 
same result

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I use a local Notes installation without 
mailserver inhouse
