As a user, I want a way to interact with and control the simulation so that I can make connections between my adjustments and the algorithm's behavior

[x] Define parameters for user to adjust (1)
[x] create UMG/ Menu for interaction (2)
[x] change parameters in Population actor through UMG (1)
