[tools] Increase Render expireAfterDays #236

To match with https://www.notion.so/mui-org/GitHub-PRs-7112d03a6c4346168090b29a970c0154?pvs=4#137cbfe7b66080049ba0fe580ec790b3.

I was a bit too slow to check #225 and #229.

We initially added expireAfterDays because we had PRs who got unreviewed for weeks, so at one point, it doesn't make much sense to pay for a server.
