Not received DFI after bridging from BSC #18

Trans.Hash: 0x3da57c706de3f2caf5172f2d24d7539a83e798cbec6a864d65335eb274407f0a

I did 2 transactions, first about 251 DFI from BSC to DFI wHich arrived at DFI wallet, after that I did againa transaction with 3000 DFI, this amount I not received at my DFI wallet. At BSC - Metamask wallet the 3000 DFI are gone but not received at DFI wallet. I try recovery-mode at bridge but was not working.

I try again, it not working, maybe I did something wrong ?

Connect bridge to Metamask
add same amount as before (copied from BSC scan)
add receiving DFI adresse
push transfer button
open rescue function
add transaction hash from BSC scan
push try recover button
finished , it shows me no failure

What I did wrong ?

My DFI still not recovered until now, would need help please ! Im able to follow my transaction just to BSC Scan, after burning this 3000 DFI Im not able to follow them.

I too have lost funds bridging, and recovery mode sends a failed message. I will keep trying but is there something else the programmer can do?
