You could override the port in the server Address field but the Port field was ignored. Really there's no need for the Port field to be separate anyway so I'm just dropping it.

Bumps all Node and Go dependencies
Breaks out credentialed tests that will fail for any non-Multiprocess org members. The goal is so that it's easy to see when these tests alone fail.
Breaks out the global database install into per-test docker calls. All integration tests are being moved into the integration test directory and the new withDocker helper helps schedule the docker image needed for each test. All database tests have been ported.
