Spawned monsters money exploit #128

I have disabled money drops for mob farms and mobs spawned from spawners, but have found that it is possible to get money rewards from spawned mobs by logging out with a large number of spawned mobs present, then killing them and recieving money.

haha people in my server are ultra rich now.. :(

Please see issue #118. Unfortunately, I was not able to reproduce the bug.
