I would like MuseScore Studio to have computer keyboard note input with four octaves, for e.g. treble clef the small octave, the one-lined, two-lined and three-lined octave, by using keyboard rows (on a QWERTY keyboard) Z-M, A-J, Q-U and 1-7. This feature should adapt its input range so that F clefs have the contra octave - one-lined octave, C clefs the great octave to the two-lined octave, and G clefs the small octave - the three-lined octave.
Problem to be solved
Not being able to directly control into which octave a note is input while using only the computer keyboard.
Prior art
Sibelius. They didn't solve it, as far as I know.

Thanks, Simon. Interesting. Does one shift the three-octave range with 8vb and 8va so one for example gets the one-lined to three-lined octaves with 8va?
